Ed Hall of the Baker County Press in Macclenny will soon publish “Diversions and Other Political Observations,” a compilation of his editorial cartoons from 2003 to the present. Hall won First Prize for Editorial Cartooning in the 2003 Florida Press Club Excellence in Journalism Awards.
