A judge says Poynter’s St. Petersburg Times can continue to call its youth-aimed tabloid tbt* Tampa Bay Times, so long as the “tbt*” is seven times larger than the “Tampa Bay Times.” His ruling states: “This exception is intended to maintain the status quo pending a trial in this matter.”
