Ana Veciana-Suarez failed during jury selection in a 2003 federal trial to disclose her father’s criminal history. On Wednesday she pleaded guilty to a resulting contempt of court citation. Sentencing was set for Jan. 26. Her plea agreement calls for a $5,000 fine but no jail time.
