The Orlando Sentinel web site today featured a L.A. Times story with local input on the Mickey Mouse versus Michael Moore flap. The story quoted Michael Eisner as saying tax breaks for the Magic Kingdom had nothing to do with the decision to stop Miramax from distributing Moore’s new movie Fahrenheit 9/11. It also quoted Alia Faraj, the spokeswoman for Florida Governor Jeb Bush, as saying the state would “absolutely not” retaliate against Disney if the documentary was released by Miramax.
