At NPPA’s 60th Anniversary Photojournalism Summit, the board of directors elected Tony Overman as the new president, Scott Utterback as vice president, and passed a $1,531,339 (USD) budget for fiscal year 2006-2007 that includes a $20 annual dues increase, making it $110 a year.
