Newspaper circulation fell 2.6 percent in the last six months but the Orlando Sentinel, which dropped 11 percent, and other papers took huge hits.
The Miami Herald is down 4.3 percent daily and 5.2 percent on Sunday, according to reports on Editor and Publisher‘s web site. Other big losers were The San Francisco Chronicle at 16.5 percent, the Daily News in Philadelphia at 11 percent, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution at 8.7 percent, and The Baltimore Sun at 8.5 percent.
